Loved everything about the property , exceptionally clean & had everything you needed for the most comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable, the villa (Little Brick House) has all you need. Keen eye for detail & the host Caroline was lovely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. Close to Middleton beach & Emu Point.

Decided to spend two nights in Albany but didn't want a Motel. I liked the idea of having space to move around. Best comfortable lounge ever, TV in each bedroom. Great kitchen with quality utensils. Great host Caroline who takes pride in her property. Also provided great information for tourist attractions. Choice of 3 bedrooms all with bathroom. Great stay if two couples with couple of children.

I am from the UK and staying with friends in Busselton WA my friend booked a break for us in Albany for sightseeing. She booked the Beachside villa (Little Brick House) for three nights and I have to say that I was very surprised how good the self catering villa was it was very clean very good beds and everything we required was at hand we would like to thank Caroline our host for looking after us and she should be proud for her excellent accommodation and very reasonably priced thank you and we certainly would recommend.

Conveniently located with a short walk to bars, cafes, walking trails and the beach. The owners are friendly, helpful and genuinely care about your experience. The accommodation is unique having 3 bedrooms each with their own ensuite. Very clean, thoughtfully furnished and so comfortable. One of my favourite places to stay.
